Our psychologists assist people with a wide range of issues that can affect the way we live our lives such as stress,  relationships and coping with illness.

Our psychologists use therapies and teach skills to help people approach these issues in a positive and effective way.

Some of the common issues our psychologists treat include:

- Depression
- Tauma
- Goal setting
- Anger managament
- Pain management

On your first session, your psychologist will ask you some questions to identify your main concerns. You will also have a chance to ask your psychologist any questions you may have. An initial consultation goes for approximately 1 hour.

Often your GP can give you a referral to recieve a full medicare rebate for our psychology services if they believe it is an appropriate treatment.
